The speech of Allah (swt) in arabic language . This implies that anything that is not Arabic is not the Quran. There are lots of translations of the Quran, but the only valid one, the only perfect and the only that come from Allah (swt) was revealed and is written in arabic. Words and meaning are from Allah (swt).   In the Hadith the meaning comes from Allah (saw), but the statements (words) are from Prophet Muhammad (saw).
